My friend Teresa once told me that every morning she has tomatoes on toast. I remember her saying her kids thought she was really weird. Mike brought in some fresh tomatoes from our garden. I tried tomato toast today. It was so delicious! I loved it! I even had three slices. I just wish I had homemade bread to go with it.
I did make chocolate zucchini bread today. It seemed more like chocolate cake, strangely the kids were fine with that. It was a little too chocolaty for me. Perfect for Stockton.
