Despite my best efforts of being prepared, I did not make it. Jorja's birthday is tomorrow. I thought I had everything ready for her cake, but things just kept going wrong. Oh well, there is a frog on it, so she will love it. Now I'm off to wrap presents.

I was out of frosting bags, so I had to use baggies, we were out of parchment paper, I only had enough powder sugar for one batch of frosting, I forgot to put the meringue powder in the frosting...it's so humid here, the stars wouldn't even stay up, I wanted an animal cake pan (head only) to make a frog out of (found instructions on the Internet)but Mike bought a teddy bear cake pan (entire body) - I wasn't sure how to use it..... you know, the usual problems...
Sorry...it was either an Elmo head or a complete teddy bear. I figured the bear would get used more and it was a dollar cheaper.
I'll be returning it today and getting a big styrofoam ball for maysen's class project.
And you should pick up an R for the missing letter in Jorja's name.
